Sample Schedule

6:00-6:25pm – Opening Rally
6:25-6:50pm – Rotation #1 – Snacks & Craft (older) / Interactive Bible lesson (younger)
6:50-7:15 pm- Rotation #2 – Snacks & Craft (younger) / Interactive Bible lesson (older)
7:15 pm – Closing Rally
Parents are welcome to attend the closing each night.
8:00 pm – End of VBS

Volunteers

Use your volunteers to:

• Register children as they arrive

• Prepare and set-out snacks for the kids

• Prepare and lead crafts with the kids

• Move through the rotation with each group of kids.

• Pray for VBS, specifically that lost children will attend, hear and understand the Gospel and accept Christ.

• Build relationships with kids and be ready to share the Gospel with them.
